Gone in an Instant

One moment we are here. And in the next moment we are gone. In one moment life is going good. And the next moment is has stopped dead in its tracks. No warning. No signs. No nothing. Just in an instant, life is gone. We are no longer alive. We are dead. Gone in an instant.
