Acceptance is not an easy thing to do and yet it is imperative for one to do in order to move on in life.
Acceptance is: acknowledgment that things are not working or they are working.
Acceptance is: recognition that things have shifted. Maybe for the worse or maybe for the better. Either way things have shifted.
Acceptance is: admission that it may be time for things to end. Or it may be time for things to start again.
Acceptance is: gaining insight into current or past situations; for the better or for worse.
Acceptance is: obtaining the truth rather than the lies.
Acceptance is: getting news that you didn’t or did want to hear that will shift your world.
And Acceptance is: just being okay with what ever is going on in your life at that moment. Nothing more, nothing less. Just acceptance of what is.
