Accomplish

It is a wonderful feeling when you accomplish something important or even not that important in your life. For many of us, we put on ourselves a huge burden to accomplish “great things” and when we fall short of those “great things” instead of us acknowledging that we accomplished something, we “beat” ourselves up for not being “good enough” or “being a failure.” When all we need to do is just acknowledge what we accomplished in the moment as just what it is; an accomplishment. Nothing more nothing less. And then we need to celebrate what we have accomplished no matter how small it may be. This becomes the power to accomplish more in our lives. Because it is not the “great things” that make up our lives, but the succession of many small “great” things that lead us to feeling that we accomplish what we have set out to do in our lives.

Namaste, my friends.
