Ever felt stuck in your emotions before? Like you can’t seem to stop thinking about a certain situation? Or you can’t seem stop feeling a certain way? Like not wanting to do anything or trying to get everything done in one day?
We have all had these experiences at some point in our lives. It is just that some of us, either figure out how to get “unstuck” on our own or by asking for help or just stay stuck and “deal with it.” Sound familiar?
We, as human animals, because that is what we are, animals, are not designed to stay “stuck in our emotions.” We are designed to be able to move through our emotions and keep moving on in life. However, we are the only animals on this planet that has the ability to create an emotional response by thought alone. No wonder we get stuck in our emotions.
