So you find yourself stuck in certain emotions day after day after day. You are just existing. Barely making it through the day. You can only get what absolutely needs to be done and that is all you get done. You know you need to get more done, do more things, live your life more and yet you can’t. You are stuck in your emotions. Only the problem is at the moment, you do not know you are stuck in your emotions. You have come to the conclusion that this is how your life just is. Nothing ‘good’ and you think nothing ‘bad’ and yet you have this ‘something’ poking at you say, “No this is not how life is supposed to be. There is more to life than this.” And yet, you are still stuck doing the same things day after day after day.
Want to know how to start getting unstuck? It is really quite simple though can be challenging to start. It is simply acknowledging the “something” that keeps poking at you telling you life is not supposed to be this way. It is at the moment you decide to pay attention to this “something” that you now have a choice. That choice is to start paying more attention to this “something” or to keep ignoring it. It is your choice at that moment. Nothing more, nothing less. Just a decision at that moment to pay attention to something different.
