Have you ever considered the fact that humans are the only animals who have the ability to ask the question why? No other animal has that capability. And on one hand being able to ask why is a cool thing because that is the curiosity side of why? From this side of why comes things like the computer I am using to write this blog post, and how ww have Zoom meetings and a million other “cool things.” However on the other side of why is the dark side. The side where people get stuck. Where the answers are not readily or easily available to those that ask why. This side of why is the fear side. The side that creates anxieties and depression. The side that requires asking for help to discover the answer to the questions of why. Such questions include, “Why did this happen to me? Why do I keep repeating my past? Why doesn’t anyone like me?” And the list goes on and on. It is at the point when we are conscious that we are stuck with an unanswered “Why?” that we have a choice. A choice one may or may not choose to explore yet there is a choice at the moment the question of “Why?” is asked. And at that moment, if you chose to explore more, that is the first step in starting to get unstuck in life. Something to consider.
Namaste, my friends.
