Relief. Something we all have experienced in one way or another. And yet there seems to be days, weeks, months, and even years where we would like to find relief and yet we can’t find it.
Relief is just out of our reach. Relief is hiding from us and we cannot find it no matter what we try to do to get some relief. But what if we consider this? That relief is not something we go and find but it is something that we can create for ourselves. What if? How would one go about creating relief? Simple, rather than focusing on what you don’t have, which at the moment is relief, start focusing on that you do have relief because you have done this before. You have created relief for yourself in the past. However in the moment you are stuck focusing on what you don’t have rather than on what you do have. You have the experience of creating relief and if you start to focus on that you DO have the capability to create relief for yourself now, guess what? You will start to create relief. And then from there, you just continue to focus on the relief you have created for yourself.
