Shifting. It means “taking a new direction either physically or in thought” which leads to movement. Whether the movement is forward or backwards when one chooses to shift something in their lives, there is going to be some sort of movement. However, it is in knowing what to shift and how to make the shift that is important. Because if one does not know this information, one could make a shift backwards rather than forwards. And for most of us, we already know how to go backwards because we keep repeating the same thing and then we expect different results. This is the true definition of insanity. So if you do not want “to lose your mind” by going backwards, slow down and start to figure out what needs to be shifted. One little shift. That’s all. And then go and start working on making that shift. And before you know it, you will be moving in the correct direction, FORWARD.
