Running from One’s Self

We all do it from time to time. Run from ourselves. Run from others. Run from situations or places. Sometimes we need to run from ourselves. We need a break from ourselves. We need a break from others. We need a break from situations or places. But when we are always running from ourselves, others, situations or places, we become tired. We become stuck. We become exhausted. And we find ourselves constantly running. Running from one fire to another. Never stopping. Never living. Only existing. And that is no way to live life.
