Into the Fire

When we find ourselves constantly running from ourselves, running from others, running from situations or places, we find ourselves jumping into the fire. We find ourselves jumping from one fire to the next. We find ourselves living in the fire. And when the fire gets too hot, we jump to the next fire. And when we get burned by the fire, we find ourselves jumping to the next fire so we don’t get hurt again. And yet we get hurt again. Because rather than taking the time to figure out how to get out of the fire so we can heal, we just keep jumping into the next fire. Until there is nothing left of us but ashes.

Namaste, my friends  Check out the new website and the launching of the 501c3 nonprofit organization of Spirit Mountain Healing Services.
