In today’s world we are all constantly moving. There are always emails that need attending to, kids needing to be shuttled from here to there, there are bills that need to be paid, there are never enough hours in the day. And the list goes on and on and on. We are all constantly moving. But have you ever thought about the reason we are all constantly moving? What are we trying to accomplish? Are we worried that if we stop moving, even for a second, that we will miss out on something? That we will be considered “failures?” That we will not be “good enough?” That some how if we stop, we will be seen as “weak or not worthy?”
And yet the truth of the matter is, at the rate we are all constantly moving and not taking time to even slow down, let alone stop, we are going to fail. We are going to be weak. We are going to be not good enough. We are going to not worthy because we are too busy constantly moving.
Namaste, my friends.
