What comes to your mind when you hear the words “Fear and Despair?” Do you feel scared? Do you think about “doomsday?” Do you feel like you are stuck? That there is no way out of the darkness. That life is only seeming to get darker and darker. But what if I told you that fear and despair are part of life. That rather than trying to run and hide from fear and despair, you acknowledged fear and despair? That you just accepted that fear and despair are just part of life. However, when we acknowledge fear and despair, we can start to move through it and start creating what we want. Which is peace, curiosity, balance, and safety. The choice is up to you if you want to keep creating and living in fear and despair or move through fear and despair and create a better, more peaceful and balanced life.
