Life is full of endings. Some endings are good for us. Some endings are not so good for us. Some endings are uncomfortable. Other endings are horrifically painful. And yet, that is life. There are always endings and beginnings. In order for something new to begin, something must end. That is the reality of life. It is how we manage the endings that matters the most. Unfortunately, most people do not know how to manage endings. They deny. They hide. They run. They blame and shame others. They do not take responsibility. And to me, that is the hardest part of endings. When people do not take responsibility for their part in the ending. However, endings do come whether we want them to or not. That is just part of life. And the sooner we accept the endings that are happening in our lives, the sooner we can start the beginning of something new to replace what has ended.
Namaste, my friends.
