We come unglued when we refuse to look at the unresolved issues in our lives. We come unglued when we deny there are any issues in our lives. We come unglued when we pretend to “be okay.” We come unglued when we do not take accountability for our unresolved issues. We come unglued when we do not take responsibility for our unresolved issues. We come unglued when we do not face what we fear the most. Our unresolved issues. And when we do come unglued, we not only hurt ourselves, but we hurt the people we love and care about the most. And once we come unglued, the we must find the pieces of ourselves and try to put ourselves back together. However, each time we come unglued, we lose pieces of ourselves that we will never be able to put back together. Coming unglued has a price to pay. Are you willing to keep paying the price?
Namaste, my friends.
