How often are we just in the moment? How often do we allow ourselves to just be? To “zone out” and take some much needed down time? How often do we refuse to listen to the “I should be doing this, I should be doing that” and just be in the moment? How often do we not engage with the guilt about taking down time to just be? And maybe this is why we struggle to just be in the moment. How can you be in the moment more often? Something to think about.
