At the end of the day, to me, the only thing that matters is how I feel about the day. Do I feel I accomplished things? Do I feel I just “made it through the day” or do I feel I made the most out of the day? Where was my focus? Was I aware of what I was doing, thinking, feeling? Or was I on “auto pilot” just going through the motions? At the end of the day, it is up to us on how we view our day. Yes, things do not always go the way we want them or need them to, but it is still up to us on how we navigate each and every day. And so I challenge you to reflect at the end of each day, what did I learn today? What could I have done better or differently? How can I use today’s information to help me be better/do better tomorrow? At the end of the day, the only thing that really matters is what the day was for us.
Namaste, my friends.
