We all have our limits yet how often do we allow ourselves and other to push us past our breaking points? How often are we aware we have gone past our breaking point? For most of us, “know” we are close to our breaking point and yet we deny that information and “keep going” until we break. What would your life be like if you became more aware of your breaking point and took a time out, a pause? How would that pause help you rather than hinder you? Would your life get better or worse because you paused? Would it get better or worse if you were more aware of your breaking point and when you were about to break? Just somethings to ponder. A little “food for thought.”
