We all have fears. Fear of heights. Fear of snakes. Fear of failure. Fear of success. Fear of being alone. Fear of settling for less then. Fear of….. Courage is defined as not the absence of fear but facing the fear and moving through it. How many of us have fears that we actually fear? That we make it bigger than what the fear actually is? And is the fear actually real? Many of us carry what I call a “fake fear.” A fear that at one time in our lives, we have actually faced, but now, in the present moment, the fear is not really there. It’s a fake fear. It is only in our minds that the fear exists and yet we are behaving as if the fear is actually present. This fear of……that gets created in our minds can get us trapped in our own life. It creates things that we don’t want to happen and then the fear of……starts to get bigger and bigger. Even though there really is nothing to fear at all. It is what has been created in our minds that we should be fearful of the most. Because the fear of…….. that is created in our minds is what keeps us stuck and fearful. And I don’t know about you, but this is not something I want to continue doing for the rest of my life.
