Confusion is not something any of us want to experience. It is a mix of all sorts of emotions. This mix of emotions can be paralyzing to say the least. One is not sure what to do. Listen to other, listen to self, listen to your gut, all of the above, none of the above? Confusion is confusing in itself.
So at this time, one needs to hear confusion, acknowledge it, and then push pause. Just breathe. Just stop. Just be. And in that time, one maybe able to get some clarity on the confusion. Just maybe. It is worth a shot because it is better than just being confused and stuck.
