For many of us the process clearing is a challenging one and one that many do not want to embark upon. Processing emotions and emotional baggage is not an easy process however it is necessary to clear out space for better things to have space to be. The first part of processing is acknowledging your emotions and recognizing that emotions are just energy. The word “emotion” means “energy in motion.” That’s it. Not negative. Not positive. Just energy. It is our experiences with the different energies that make them “negative and positive.” Once we acknowledge our emotions, then we can start the process of releasing the energy that no longer serves us. This is the clearing part of the process. Then once we have cleared space, we can then shift our attention to manifesting the things we actually WANT in our lives rather than the things we do not want in our lives. It is through the process of clearing that we become healthier and more balanced in our lives. And who doesn’t want to have a better balance in their lives?
