Quiet Just to Be

How often do we allow ourselves to just be? To just hang out in the quiet of our thoughts and feelings? To just be in the moment. No agenda, no “have to’s,” no self defeating talk? How would your life shift if you allowed yourself more times to just be? It doesn’t have to be a long time. Maybe just a couple of minutes a day. Just allow yourself to sit with yourself and be. To notice your breathing, your body, your thoughts and emotions. Not having to “do” anything but just be. So I challenge you to start allowing yourself to “be” more. To give yourself permission to do “nothing” except “be.” How would your life shift for the better? Sometimes the answer is not in the noise of life but in the quiet of life. Something to ponder.
