Frustrations

Life can be frustrating. People can be frustrating. Situations can be frustrating. And we can be frustrating to ourselves. It is what we do with our frustrations that makes a difference in the long run. For many people, they take their frustrations out on others. Whether it is verbally, emotionally or even physically. No matter what this way of handling frustration never had a “good” outcome. Usually, the outcome just creates more frustrations and more emotions that get held inside until they “burst” out. Putting your frustrations onto others is a form of avoidance not acknowledgement. It is also does not lend itself well to a resolution as all one is doing is shifting energy from ones self onto another. This only means that the energy will be reflected back to the original person in some way shape or form. And therefore no solution to the frustration can be found. In the end the best thing to do is acknowledge the frustration and then be able to figure out a healthier way to release the energy of frustration. Just remember life can be frustrating. It is how we manage life that is the most important thing.
