We all need leadership. We need others to lead us. We need to lead others. And we need to be able to lead ourselves. And this is the most important leadership position. Being able to lead ourselves. And yet, many of us do not know how to lead ourselves. We let others lead us and expect that will work for us. And then when that doesn’t work for us, we get upset. And this anger hinders us from moving forward and learning to lead us ourselves. So, how do you lead yourself? What is a good leader to you? Things to think about.
