What is blankness? It is the absence of clarity. It is the absence of thought. It is the absence of emotions. It is the numbness of when confusion takes over and we become overloaded. We become blank. We struggle to get through our day. We struggle with our thoughts and emotions. We struggle with feeling like we are accomplishing anything. We struggle to eat. We struggle to sleep. We struggle. We feel blankness. And this is a problem in itself because we are not thriving but only just surviving. And that is NOT how life is meant to be lived.
