Being Real

I have been writing these blog posts for several years nows. It has been quite the journey as I have learned so many things about myself as I have written the posts. I have struggled with what to write. I have struggled with the fear of not being good enough. I have struggled with the fear of being criticized and judged. I have struggled with the fear of being rejected and failing. And yet, here I am still writing these blog posts. Because you know what I have learned about my fears? They are just in my head. Sure, I know there are people out there who have thought I am not good enough. I know there are people out there who have rejected me and thought I am a failure. I know there are people out there who criticize and judge me. But you know what? I have move past those fears because I have learned that people are going to do those things no matter what. And the biggest lesson I have learned is that what they think of me is NONE OF MY BUSINESS. And that has helped me the most in my life.

So I am going to keep writing my blog posts and keep going on my healing journey. Because in the end, it is my journey and my life. And that is all that matters.

I have learned how to be real with myself  through doing my own healing work with my horses. I know I would not be here today if it weren’t for my amazing horses. And it is because of my passion of horses and my passion for helping people that I am expanding Spirit Mountain Healing Services to a new ranch near Heber, Arizona. It is called the LOOKING WITHIN RANCH and it is going to be amazing!
