We all get frustrated with life, with people, with situations, but when the frustration keeps piling up with thing after thing after thing, one reaches a limit of tolerance. And when one’s limit of tolerance has been breached, all hell can break lose. It is not a good place to be but the frustration and the energy it contains must be released one way or another. It is having the ability to recognize that one has been pushed beyond the limits of the amount of frustration one can take, that is time to call a time out and take a step or two back to find some room to breathe and move through the frustration in a healthier way. We all have our limits and sometimes life pushes us past those limits.
