Inner Knowing

We all have gut feelings. We all have the sense that something is not right or is about to happen. We have gut feelings about people, places, situations. And yet, for many of us, we deny our gut feelings. We ignore them because we are told things like we are “too sensitive” or we are “not supposed to feel that way” or a million other things that causes us to disconnect ourselves from our gut feelings. Our gut feelings are in essence who we are. We all know things that we have no idea how we know. We all have that ”funny feeling” about a person or situation. We all have our own inner knowing. Which means we all have our own answers to our questions. We just have to be willing to sit still long enough to actually listen to ourselves rather than ignoring ourselves. When one starts to listen to one’s self, the information, the knowledge, the wisdom, and the knowing that becomes available to us is immense. And to me, this is our greatest power; our inner knowing. Our gut feelings.

Namaste, my friends.
