Balance

Balance is not just something physical such as standing up and walking. Balance is a integral part of life and something that we struggle with on a daily basis. Balance is about management of our time and energy. Balance is about management of where our focus goes and what we are focused on. Balance is about being aware of the things that serve our higher good and removing the things that are not serving our higher good. Balance is something we work at every day because every day is different. Balance is always shifting. Balance does not stay still. And if you think balance stays still, well you are probably out of balance.
